Ian Harper is a full-time musician, painter and sheep farmer. His paintings are bold and colourful, drawing influence from his career as Uilleann piper, his morning chores in open fields encircled by Border Collies, and his work playing in the orchestra of the Stratford Festival. His paintings are statement pieces reflecting a life lived loudly, and they invite the viewer to live unapologetically.
